Shipping Info

COVID-19 Delays: Please note from October-December 2021, Auspost is expected to have an increased volume of parcels being delivered across Australia and internationally which will cause much further delays during this time. Please add an extra 5 business days to the estimated shipping time below. (Last updated 1st Oct 2021)


When will my order be shipped?
All orders are posted once a week on Wednesday midday AEST due to my busy schedule. If you wish to receive your order sooner, contact me and I will happily arrange a sooner dispatch time for you. 

Please allow the below estimated time frame for delivery from when you receive an email regarding your order as "Completed" (depending on location distance from or within Australia).

All orders are final, no returns or exchanges.

Why did I receive an email stating my order is complete if my order hasn't arrived?

'Complete' simply means your order has been processed on my end and shipped. So in other words, your order is on its way to you!

Please note that I have no control over parcels that are processed through Auspost so I cannot offer refunds or change of mind exchanges.

Why do you recommend I track my Limited Edition product and art prints?
I highly recommend opting for tracked shipping at checkout when you purchase fine art prints or limited edition items as it ensures you parcel will get to you. If you do not pick tracking at checkout, I cannot trace you parcel if it is lost and will be unable to replace any loss through transit. 

If you have ordered a print to be shipped within Australia your parcel will be tracked as a standard service provided by AusPost. If you live outside of Australia and you would like your order to be tracked, simply select the tracked option when you select your shipping class.

Why does shipping cost this much?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout time based on your address and chosen shipping method. Shipping costs cover the delivery service, shipping material costs and labor. 

I use high quality recyclable packing materials to ensure items are packed securely and are protected through transit so they arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a cardboard mailer or box, please remove the sticky tape (if there is any) before recycling.

REST OF WORLD TRACKED: 2 - 4 WEEKS

IF I DISCOVER AN ERROR IN THE PRICE OF ANY GOODS WHICH YOU HAVE ORDERED I WILL INFORM YOU OF THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND GIVE YOU THE OPTION OF RECONFIRMING YOUR ORDER AT THE CORRECT PRICE OR CANCELLING IT. IF YOU CANCEL IT, I WILL ISSUE A FULL REFUND.
